# Error on required permission

Hi,  
Im new to this and trying to test my zoom phone test app via Postman. Essentially just wanted to test the apis available. I created an Oauth app.

I added event subscription:  
User: user profile has been updated  
Zoom Phone: callee missed a phone call

When I tried to generate access token it gave me this:  
Where can this permission be added?

Hi @hhernandez_dev0  
It looks like you will have to contact your IT administrator so they can enable you the proper permissions.  
Those permissions can be found under the Admin Tab \> User Management \> Roles and then ask the IT administrator to edit your role and give you user permission.
