# Exporting chat history

Greetings,

I was told by the support that i should post my issue here and maybe someone would help.

Im trying to export the entire chat history between a certain external phone number and agents in our agency.

This option isnt available in the reports section nor the sms logs ( in the logs in only shows time and people involved and i can’t download the chat history its self)

So i was wondering if there is a way around it? I’d very much appreciate it
