We have integrated MobileRTC Framework for Video calling. We are facing issue at every time when we start video calling (at the time of getting permission for camera & microphone) video should be start just after taking access for Camera and microphone. but only black screen is appeared.  We have develop app in Swift 4 with Xcode 9.4. Please assist as soon as possible. It’s Urgent we need integrate in App. ---

hi, samcom: When you install one fresh program, start or join a meeting for the first time. iOS System would request camera  µphone permission. After permission had been permitted, iOS System will cache it, do not notify permission in next time. Meanwhile, the audio and video will work well after permission had been permitted. ---

We are tried that one also but it’s showing video one second after that again it’s showing black screen only.  ---

1. Did other participants mute their video or they are sending the video? 2. The bad network would introduce the black screen issue. ---

No, other participants are unmute their video. They didn’t send any video’s. Network is working fine that is not a problem for any one. It’s showing 2 or 3 second after that only showing black screen.  ---

so only yourself in the meeting and video is always black? ---

My video is visible to them. But the problem is their video is not visible that time it’s showing black. That problem we are facing by using ZoomSDK in Swift only.  ---

 It’s showing 2 or 3 seconds after that only showing black screen.  Do you mean in first 2 or 3 seconds, you can see other participants’ video, then it turns to black? ---

there is only one iOS SDK and use Objective c. ---
