# Fail function removeAllFeedbackReaction

Can not get action from  
**removeAllFeedbackReaction**

I am able to monitor and show when reactions are made, but the call to remove them does not seem to work.

Example: js  
Promise.resolve()  
.then(function () { return sdk.removeAllFeedbackReaction(); })  
.then(function (result) {  
log(‘removeAllFeedbackReaction(): resolved’, result);  
return new Promise(function (r) { setTimeout(r, CLEAR\_OBSERVE\_MS); });  
})

```auto

The returned error is 10001, which is unexpected.

The marketplace confirms the call.
A console list of calls confirms it is available.
User is Host

But the call fails, and no effect is seen.

Running the appssdk from Zoom -
