# Get call queue recordings

Hi Zoom,

Our developers try to use API to get zoom phone call recordings([Zoom Phone API](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/zoom-phone/apis/#operation/getCallQueueRecordings)). But we cannot directly get the caller’s email. Can you help us to provide some solutions?
