# Get Developer Access - Basic User

**Description**  
iFrames aren’t working so I want to test the Zoom Web SDK but I can’t download the sample app because I don’t

**Error**  
Developer privilege is required.  
Please contact your account admin.

**Which Web Client SDK version?**  
1.9.0

**To Reproduce(If applicable)**  
Steps to reproduce the behavior:  
Go to Zoom App Marketplace  
Click Develop  
Click View App Types  
Go to [JWT, SDK, Webhook Only]  
Create button is greyed out

**Screenshots**

- Device: Laptop
- OS: Windows
- Browser: All
- Browser Version All

Hey @JimmyMurray,

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. In order to use the [Zoom Marketplace](https://marketplace.zoom.us) the role your Zoom user has must include the Developer privilege. Please reach out to your Zoom account administrator in order to have this enabled.

If you are the administrator, you can follow this guide to use roles:
