**Description**
I’m using the GET method to List Users in our Zoom account, and set the **page\_size** to _1000_ because we have roughly 900+ users. However, the API is only returning 300 users - how is this possible?

**Error**
No error.

**Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?**
JWT

**Which Endpoint/s?**
[https://api.zoom.us/v2/users](https://api.zoom.us/v2/users)

**How To Reproduce (If applicable)**
I’m using the Python Requests library to do all this, but here’s a cURL command that produces the same result:

> curl --location --request GET ‘[https://api.zoom.us/v2/users?page\_size=1000](https://api.zoom.us/v2/users?page_size=1000)’
> –header ‘Authorization: Bearer $MY\_JWT\_TOKEN’

**Screenshots (If applicable)**
No screenshots needed. All that happens is I get 300 user records back, instead of 1000.

**Additional context**
Add any other context about the problem here.

The maximum value for the page\_size parameter is 300. If you have more than that, you need to “page” through the result with multiple api calls using the page\_number parameter. The call will return total\_records so you can determine how many page calls you need.

Hey @rrodrigues,

Like @robertom said, you need to use the page\_number to get all of your users:

 ![Screen Shot 2020-04-28 at 5.00.14 PM](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex016/uploads/zoomdeveloper/original/2X/8/8b520812dc95d42775a28b208e4b6882a170eb03.png)

You will have to make approximately 4 requests to get all 900+ users.

`https://api.zoom.us/v2/users?page_size=300&page_number=2`
`https://api.zoom.us/v2/users?page_size=300&page_number=3`
`https://api.zoom.us/v2/users?page_size=300&page_number=4`

Thanks,
Tommy

If I may say so, the 300 line page size limit is braindead. Most corporate accounts are going to generate WAY more than 300 and having to resend the API for each page is…well…dissapointing.

Hey @doug.baggett,

We appreciate your feedback, and will consider it to improve the Zoom Developer Platform. 🙂

Currently with the increased load and usage of our API the current limit is 300.

Thanks,
Tommy

I agree @doug.baggett! 🙂

I will keep you updated on any plans to increase the page\_size limits.
