# GetAvatarPath() always return null with Zoom windows API

**Description**  
I setup a default or customized avatar and I can see the avatar in video. _After joining a meeting, I can successfully get users information in OnJoin callback, but GetAvatarPath() always 0. Do I miss any settings? Or is there any other way to retrieve it? Thanks!_

**Error?**  
_No errors, just GetAvatarPath return 0, all other user information is correct._

**Windows meeting SDK Version:** 6.4.0.62547
