# Getting Privilege error while creating users from API

**Description**  
I am getting the below error while creating user.  
{  
“code”: 2016,  
“message”: “No permission, please contact Zoom customer support.”  
}

**Error**

}  
**Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?**  
JWT  
**Which Endpoint/s?**

This is likely a result of not having the necessary account privileges. Please see this thread:
