# Gettting error Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:\[\]

**Description**  
Getting error “Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:.” while fetching transcript.  
However all the contact center scopes have already added within the server to server oAuth app.

**How To Reproduce**

1. Get the Access Token by the API
2. Get the Engagements by the API . In response got the Transcript\_Url.
3. Trying to get the Transcript by making GET call on Transcript\_Url, with access token and content-type. But getting error Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:.
