# How do you use JWT with test API calls?

**Description**  
I am trying to use the test API calls in the API reference ([https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/)) with JWT. When I drop in the test token generated from the credentials page it just “Invalid access token.”

**Error**

**Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?**  
JWT

**Which Endpoint/s?**  
API Reference test endpoints.

**How To Reproduce (If applicable)**  
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Copy JWT token generated on the credentials page
2. Paste into access token field in api reference test calls
3. Click send.

Hey @stephensj,

Can you share a screenshot of your setup, it should look something like this:

If that doesn’t help, please try deactivating and re activating your JWT App:
