# Https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/{userid}/token not returning token

**Description**  
[https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/{userid}/token](https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/%7Buserid%7D/token) not returning token.

**Error**  
It returns empty object

**Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?**  
API  
**Which Endpoint/s?**  
[https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/{userid}/token](https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/%7Buserid%7D/token) not returning token.

**How To Reproduce (If applicable)**  
GET method [https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/{userid}/token](https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/%7Buserid%7D/token) not returning token.

**Additional context**  
It is working for some users & for some users it is returning empty object

Note that these users are logged in using email & password (not with google or facebook)

@Kiran_Juikar is there a hyphen(-) in the user id. I am also facing the same error with user id’s having hyphen(-). Other seem to be working fine.

Hey @Harshit_Sharaff,

Make sure the user has logged in with email to Zoom. If they have just used Google login for example, it will return an empty object.
