# I need support :Error Code 1001

Hi, I dont know if this page can help me with my account.  
When I try to create a meeting session, it says Error Code 1001 and my user does´t exist.  
Can somebody help me with this problem, please?

@mvzpatyperez Are you creating the meeting using the Zoom API? If so, please send the request details you’re using.
