# ID is missing in API response

## Using this template helps us debug your issues more effectively 🙂

while creating a new user via API `user ID` in response is black.

**How To Reproduce (If applicable)**  
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Request URL [https://api.zoom.us/v2/users](https://api.zoom.us/v2/users) with body contains first\_name, last\_name and email.
2. See error

Received your additional informations.  
The reason why the values were empty was that the user (email) you were trying to add was already registered to another account.

Will go ahead and close this thread and further communicate over in the developersupport.
