# Implement Zoom api in china web domain

**Description**  
Hi there，  
I want to implement zoom api in the android app. everything is fine when I’m testing in Melbourne. I have send the client terminal to my china customer. and they can not initialize Zoom SDK. Is there any solution to give access to the chinese User?

**Error**  
.  
Failed to initialize Zoom SDK. Error 3, internal Error Code =5003

some of android phones are available to use, but the teclast tablet is still failed
