1. Does `onUserActiveAudioChange(IList<unsigned int>* plstActiveAudio)` provide a sorted list of active speakers? Can I assume that the first item on this list will be the _most_ active speaker?
2. `onUserAudioStatusChange`: in what scenario will the `IUserAudioStatus` item’s `AudioStatus` have `AudioStatus::Audio_None` ?
