**Description** I did everything according to the instructions (plugged in, etc.), but it does not work !!! Hey @kaizer1, Hmm, ok lets try running the demo again from scratch without the instructions in the documentation. 1. Can you re-download the SDK folder 2. extract the Zip 3. open the zoom-sdk-windows-5.4802.0124 folder 4. open the demo folder 5. open the sdk\_demo\_v2 folder 6. click the sdk\_demo\_v2.sln file and open it with VisualStudio 2019 7. Click ok to trust the application if, it it asks. 8. Change debug to release at the top of visual studios. 9. Run the application. And let me know what happens? Thanks! Michael ---
