# Invalid access token -

I created JWT app.

And I tried to ‘Send a Test Request’ with the url below.

This page marked an error.

So I pressed the GET ACCESS TOKEN button, but I met the same error.

Why does this error occur?  
What is the client ID? Where is it?

Hey @citrus7g,

Are you trying to List Sub Accounts or Create a Sub Account? It looks like you have POST selected in the screenshot—this will need to be a GET request to list.

Please also make sure that you have the necessary Zoom plan to use this endpoint:
