# Invalid Client Id for some customers

**Description**  
Some users get presented with a “invalid client id” when trying to install our app. The client id shown on the screen is correct and works for the majority of users. Our app is fully approved and published in the market place

**Error**  
"Invalid client\_id is displayed in the Zoom UI when users try to install the app.

**Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?**  
Oauth

**Which Endpoint/s?**  
[zoom.us/oauth/signin](http://zoom.us/oauth/signin)

**How To Reproduce (If applicable)**  
We cannot reproduce unless we try to install the app as the affected user.
