# Invalid operation on video module is not enabled

**Description**  
When I start the video session it is sending an error?

**Error**  
{type: “INVALID\_OPERATION”, reason: “Module:video is not enabled”}

**Which version?**  
Latest version  
**To Reproduce(If applicable)**  
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to ‘…’
2. Click on ‘…’
3. Scroll down to ‘…’
4. See error

Hi @aatir ,

You must be accessing with “0.0.0.0:9999”, but some browsers block access to the camera, try to access as “localhost: 9999” and it will work normally … I had the same problem and solved it this way.
