Invalid redirect URL (4700) for marketplace listed app

The integration was working correctly for the last few days but suddenly our users are getting this error while connecting with Zoom.
Invalid redirect: Integrately (4,700)
Our team checked and verified that the domains are whitelisted correctly in the OAuth app.
Could someone from the Zoom team please look into this?

As a next step, can I kindly ask that you share the following details with us at developersupport@zoom.us:

  • The exact Authorization URL being used
  • Recent example of a user who attempted to install and received the error (their email or User ID)
