# iOS video not connecting

when I am&nbsp;joining or starting the meeting using Zoom SDK Demo video is not visible. Just showing the black screen.

Sorry, we cannot get any clues from the above description. Could you please provide more detailed information for this issue? such as iOS version, iOS device, iOS SDK version, and the cases for this issue?
