# Join a zoom user into a call

Is there an equivalent zoom api for one zoom user to join(Meet as in the screenshot) another user into a meeting ? (both users are under the same account)

Hi @djoy,

In regards to inviting a user to join a meeting, I should note that our APIs are primarily for pre- and post- meeting actions, and we don’t have an endpoint for this. To control in meeting actions, you would need to use something like our Web SDK:

Hi Will,

How do I invite users to the meeting using webSDK? just like how it is in the native zoom client? I would like it to ring on the other end so that other party can join the meeting. Note: other party is on Zoom client.
