Can I use a JWT app to create meetings for multiple app users or do I have to create a oAuth app?

If the users are [users on your Zoom account](https://zoom.us/account/user#/), you can use a [JWT App](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/getting-started/app-types/create-jwt-app) to create meetings. If not, then you need to use an [OAuth app](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/authorization/oauth/oauth-with-zoom) and [publish it to the Zoom App Marketplace](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/app-lifecycle-management/submitting-an-app).
