Kaltura App does not send all recordings

Description
The Kaltura app automatically transfers most of our Zoom Cloud recordings to Kaltura. But, from time to time, whenever a user does multiple recordings on the same meeting, only one of them gets sent to Kaltura. Is there anything that we could be missing?
