**Description**
I am trying to log users in and out of a queue via API. The way I am currently attempting to do this is by using the Add/Remove user from queue. This is not ideal though since I will have to keep track of which user was a part of which queue separately. Is there a hidden endpoint that can accomplish this, or is there a way we can get this added to Zoom API?

Hi @Zachary.k
Thanks for reaching out to us and worry for the late reply here!
We do not have any hidden endpoints that support this funcitonality .
The way you are doing it, is probably the only supported way righ tnow

Is it possible to get support for this in Zoom Phone? I know there is a way to do it as part of Contact Center.

Hey @Zachary.k
Happy to look further into this. Could you point me to the documentation for the Contact Center where this behavior is supported, so I can raise this internally?

Yes, this is the documentation I am referencing (Update a queue agent) under the Contact Center API.

[Contact Center APIs](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/contact-center/#tag/queues/patch/contact_center/queues/%7BqueueId%7D/agents/%7BuserId%7D).

This endpoint looks like you can opt a user in and out of a queue.

Hi @Zachary.k
Sorry for the late reply here!
I looked into our Phone APIs and I found 2 endpoints that might be helpful for your usecase

- Add members to a call queue [here](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/phone/#tag/call-queues/post/phone/call_queues/%7BcallQueueId%7D/members)
- Unassgin a member [here](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/phone/#tag/call-queues/delete/phone/call_queues/%7BcallQueueId%7D/members/%7BmemberId%7D)
