**Description**
We are experiencing continuing unreliability with webhook notifications being significantly delayed (15-30min delays) for the past two days (between 10am-2pm EST). our use-case depends on near real-time updates for participants in meeting, so receiving webhooks this late is worse than not receiving webhooks at all.

Because of this, we are now exploring polling solutions using Dashboard API Get Live Participants (for Business Accounts).

We’re hoping for an API endpoint that can toggle on/off webhooks for our user-managed oauth app. This can already be done manually in the app marketplace UI, but we’re looking for an endpoint so our deployment can automatically switch to polling when webhooks are unreliable.

**Error**
severely delayed webhooks at peak business hours

**Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?**
user-managed oauth with webhooks

Our polling solution using the GET Live Participants endpoint [https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/dashboards/dashboardmeetingparticipants](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/dashboards/dashboardmeetingparticipants) also suffers from the same delays we are seeing with webhooks. we think both the webhooks and the get live participants endpoint are managed by the same delayed system on zoom’s side? 👎

Hey @taylor.hurt,

We have had some dashboard / report delays lately which have affected webhooks: [status.zoom.us](http://status.zoom.us)

As for the endpoint to toggle webhooks, we do not offer one as of now, but that is a good idea! 🙂

Apologies for the inconsistent webhooks,
Tommy
