# LTI Pro - missing permission error

**Description**  
I’m trying to enable LTI Pro in my account, and I’m seeing this missing permission.

" You need additional permissions to install this app.

Click [here](https://marketplace.zoom.us/apphelp/f8JUB3eeQv2lXsjKq5B2FA) to check which permissions are missing."

This is the missing permission:  
"View all users’ tracking fields

**Error**  
You need additional permissions to install this app.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install App
2. Pre-approve app
3. See error

Tommy - I don’t see that option on my settings. Do I need to upgrade to a different plan?

Hey @natea,

Yes, to use the tracking fields you need a Business, Education, API or higher plan.
