# Media could not be loaded

We are facing issue while playing recording video of zoom placed at zoom server on our web app platform. attached is the image of error.

We are using WebSDK (latest) 2.9.7 and [Zoom Meeting SDK Integration with ReactJS](https://youtu.be/4BgkLvH7T0Y).
