I am writing to inquire about the validity period of the Zoom API used to create meetings.

[https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/methods/#operation/meetingCreate](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/methods/#operation/meetingCreate)

Currently, the validity period of the API is limited to 2 hours.
I would like to know if it is possible to extend this validity period.

Upon reviewing the official documentation, I noticed that there is a “custCreate” parameter that can extend the validity period of the meetings up to 90 days.
Could you please provide me with information on how to apply for this extension?
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hi @tpkroom01

What’s your use case and why you need the expiration time of 90 days?

And have you review this?
_For security reasons, the recommended way to programmatically (after expiry) get the updated `start_url` value is to call the [**Get a meeting**](https://developers.zoom.us/api-reference/zoom-api/methods#operation/meeting) API. Refer to the `start_url` value in the response._
