# Missing "recording.transcript\_completed" event

Hello,
**Description**
Not getting “recording.transcript\_completed” event on Production.
I’ve found this issue saying about a very similar thing but no solution was provided there:

**Error?**
No specific error message, the event simply is not coming.
**How To Reproduce**
1. Subscribe to the “Recording Transcript files have completed” event in the zoom app configuration page.
2. Start the zoom meeting.
3. Start recording the meeting to the cloud.
4. Say something, so the zoom has a chance to create a transcript.
5. Finish the meeting.
6. “recording.completed” event is sent for both Development and Production environments. “recording.transcript\_completed” is sent only to the Development env.

Thanks you for your answer.
I’m still facing the issue, but I also (as you suggested) resubmitted the app. Hopefully it’s gonna help.
Anyway I think the zoom’s UI regarding events configuration is a bit misleading, since it doesn’t show any additional information about the need to resubmit the app. So I thought adding a new event to the already existing subscription would work, just like it did with the development configuration.
