# Not able to join the webinar using Web SDK

**Description**  
We have integrated the Web SDK into our Website.

**Error**  
Your connection has timed out and you cannot join the webinar. Verify your network connectivity and try again.

**Which Web Meeting SDK version?**  
Not sure, as I cannot locate the version.

**To Reproduce(If applicable)**  
Steps to reproduce the behavior:  
This is happening with the sample web app as well.

Install it as per instructions, run it, and try to join any webinar.

**Device (please complete the following information):**

- Device: MacBook Air
- OS: macOS Catalina
- Browser: Chrome, Safari
- Browser Version: Chrome - Version 93.0.4577.63 (Official Build) (x86\_64)  
Safari - Version 13.0.3 (15608.3.10.1.4)

Kindly help as it is a blocker for us.

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum. Please send a screenshot of any browser errors as well as how you are calling init() and join().

You can also use our [Sample Web App](https://github.com/zoom/sample-app-web) for testing.
