Hi @velizar.stefanov, Thanks for reaching out. To clarify, how are you subscribed to webhooks? Are you using an OAuth app or a Webhook-Only/JWT app? If it’s the former, can you ensure that the user in question has the app installed? If it’s the latter, please double check that your endpoint is publicly accessible and returns a 200OK response upon receiving Zoom payloads. Thank you for your prompt response. Find my answers below: We are using an OAuth app. It is publicly accessible and returns a 200OK. It works for every other user except for this one. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide you with. Best, Velizar ---
