# Not possible to install with Shield Encryption?

Hi all,

I installed Zoom for Salesforce from [https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000000qEuqEAE](https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000000qEuqEAE)

Just to confirm: Is Not possible to use Zoom for Salesforce if you’ve set up Shield Encryption in Salesforce?

I read this comment on the Appexchange reviews and I would like to confirm with you.

Hi @MEF,

I believe that’s correct—it’s my understanding that the Zoom/Salesforce app doesn’t currently support this.
