**Description**
I created valid notification endpoints subscribing to meeting start and end events of my app.

**Error**
Notification endpoints’ log is empty. My app doesn’t send any events.

**Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?**
OAuth (name: Classting)

**Which Endpoint/s?**
Event notification endpoint URLs:

- development: [https://apis.classting.net/classroom-service/zoom-webhook-events](https://apis.classting.net/classroom-service/zoom-webhook-events)
- production: [https://apis.classting.com/classroom-service/zoom-webhook-events](https://apis.classting.com/classroom-service/zoom-webhook-events)

**Additional context**
I checked that another app(JWT) works fine with the same notification endpoint in the development environment.

Do review and publication matter for using event subscriptions? The feature was turned on after the review had completed. But I expected the development app should send event properly.

Hey @cmygray,

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum.

Yes, when you make any change to a production app, you will need to republish the app in order for the change to take effect.

That’s correct, you should be able to make changes to the development application in order to receive event subscriptions. However, I’m not seeing that the development version of the application is installed for your user.

Please make sure that you are installing the development version of your application using the button/link on the Local Test tab of your app:
