# Oauth whitelist not working

## Using this template helps us debug your issues more effectively 🙂

**Description**  
I’m new to the Zoom Api. We have an approved oauth app that works with the original redirect URL. I need to add an endpoint, which is a different subdomain. I tried adding both the URL with just the hostname (Which I can’t put in because it would make three URL’s) and with the full path to the php file, but neither are working.

Do I need to resubmit the app for review? Is there an expected wait time? Or am I missing something.

Hi @rugtrader1,

Thanks for reaching out about this, and good question.

To clarify, if your app is published and you add a redirect or whitelist URL, you will need to [request an upgrade to the app](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/publishing/app-submission/upgrading) in order for this new URL to be supported on production. This should be a fairly quick process and does not require an entire new functional review.

Thank you. I had already submitted for approval. I just went through the process for upgrade, and got a message that it would be about a week. Should I withdraw the approval request and re-submit for upgrade? Or just let it go.

These actions will put your request in our Marketplace team’s review queue in the same manner, so you shouldn’t need to take any further action. This will likely be reviewed before the timeline referenced in the banner on the app page.
