I’m developing a Zoom App with Zoom Apps SDK. App is created as General App (User-managed). Settings:

- Home URL: [https://inzhdom.ru](https://inzhdom.ru)
- Domain Allow List: [inzhdom.ru](http://inzhdom.ru) (domain is verified)
- Zoom App SDK APIs: getRunningContext, getUserContext, setVirtualForeground, removeVirtualForeground
- Scopes: user:read:user
- Works in: Meetings

The app shows as “Active for internal users” in Marketplace. However, in **Local Test** the “Add app” button is grayed out, and I cannot get the Authorization URL to install the app in Zoom Workplace.

In a regular browser, sdk.js loads but gives “not supported” error (expected). In Zoom Workplace, zoomSdk never appears.

What do I need to do to activate Local Test and get the Authorization URL?
