# Problem with getting user entitlements

I’ve created zoom app. Inside my backend I tried to use  
marketplace/monetization/entitlements?userId={here’s my user id}

But the Zoom API only returns a 403 status code without any description of the issue.

I followed all the instructions in the documentation and added all the necessary scopes for monetization.
