**Description**
In a **draft** app, which has a tested endpoint compliant to the docs ([App Deauthorized](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/webhook-reference/app-events/app-deauthorized) and [Data Compliance](https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/publishing/data-compliance)), we are not receiving the notification when the app is uninstalled.

**Error**
The app is installed and then uninstalled, but the endpoint to receive the notification and remove user data is not called…

**Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?**
OAuth

**Which Endpoint/s?**
The custom endpoint in the app that receives the notification when the app is uninstalled from Zoom marketplace.

**How To Reproduce (If applicable)**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the app
2. Unistall the app
Result: the endpoint to delete the user data is not called from Zoom.

**Additional context**
The app is fully working. The endpoint was manually tested following the examples in the instructions pages. 🤔 It’s just not called, as far as we’ve seen.

Hey @edmilson.souza.dev,

Please see my posts here about how to receive the deauthorization notification:

> Hey @jimig, For testing in your development environment, you can put your development deauth url as the deauth url, then install the production version of your app, and then uninstall it and the payload will be sent to your development deauth url. Let me know if that helps! slight_smile Thanks, Tommy

> Hey @john! You are correct, you will only receive the Deauthorization Event Notification Webhook with the Production version of your app. You can test this by installing the production version of your app via your apps publishable URL, [54%20PM] And then [uninstalling your app on your “Installed Apps” page.](https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/installed) I made a simple PHP web server and was able to see the Verification Token in the request headers (when testing a Zoom event/webhook sent to my server). Here is my code: Examp…

Let me know if that helps! 🙂

Thanks,
Tommy
