# React Native Android ANR

**React Native video SDK 1.11.0**

**Description**  
_We are currently facing several Application Not Responding (ANR) errors in our Android app, which we have tracked down to the Zoom Video SDK. These issues are affecting the performance and stability of our application._

**Errors**

1. `Java_us_zoom_internal_IZoomVideoSDK_initializeImpl`
2. `us.zoom.internal.SDKApplication.loadNativeModules`
3. Native method - `com.zipow.videobox.util.ZMPolicyDataHelper.setBooleanValueImpl`
4. `Cmm::IPolicySettingIPCAdaptor::HandleInitUserPolicySettingsMessage`
5. `[split_config.arm64_v8a.apk!libzReflection.so] AndroidReflectionAppUtils::InitJava()`

**Troubleshooting Routes**  
_These ANR error show up in our Google developer console through standard app usage_

Hi @bob_cook how often are you seeing these errors? What’s the version of the SDK you’re using? Are you seeing these problems with the sample app as well?  
I can flag this to engineering and follow up with you.
