# Receiving 504 from API backend

Got 504, then tried accessing Zoom and saw this

Hey @nitin1,

Can you provide some additional details about the request you were making with the API? Are you still experiencing this, or was this a transient 504?

@will.zoom Its transient for the most part but when the SDK is embedded inside the page, I do not have any recourse to reload the page…
