Does anyone have a specific step by step instructions on how to create the consent notification for a zoom meeting where a bot is joining and recording a meeting?

Hi @aniket ,

Check out this documentation for consent and ui notices:

- [Meeting Bots Accessing Media Streams](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/zoom-apps/guides/meeting-bots-sdk-media-streams/)
On this page, there’s also several sample apps that implement recording permission, for example [Zoom MSDK for web sample bot](https://github.com/zoom/meetingbot-web-sample/blob/main/frontend/client-view.js)

- [Meeting SDK - UI Notices](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/meeting-sdk/ui-notices/)

Hey @aniket!

As Gianni already mentioned, Zoom has some documentation that guides you through this. We run meeting bots at scale and found [this section](https://developers.zoom.us/docs/zoom-apps/guides/meeting-bots-sdk-media-streams/#meeting-bot-lifecycle) of the docs to be particularly useful.

Let me know if this helps!

Another alternative is to use [Recall.ai](https://www.recall.ai/)for your meeting bots instead. It’s a simple 3rd party API that lets you use meeting bots to get raw audio/video from meetings without you needing to spend months to build, scale and maintain these bots. Recall has the Zoom-required recording permission flow built in so you don’t have to worry about this and can focus on building your core product.
