Hello I’m having problem while trying to download cloud recordings. When I look in the admin panel I see that they are processing since several days. Hi @EVant, there may be delays in the recording processing. The best route for support here would be [Zoom’s customer support](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us). Are you still seeing delays on these recordings? ---
