# ReferenceError: JsMediaSDK\_Instance is not defined

**Description**  
Issue on init or join in WebSDK, we get the error that is in the stack attached bellow. We have added 5s timeouts and still having this issue. Is not always, very weird.

See the following first part of the error stack and console log. SDK has created JSMEDIASDK instance but then JsMediaSDK\_Instance is not defined.

**Error**

**Which version?**  
v1.7.8

**To Reproduce(If applicable)**  
Steps to reproduce the behavior:  
Not sure as we havent found a way to consistently reproduce it.

I dont hace a percentage, is not even consistent. Happens sometimes and after clearing cache it may stop appearing, but sometimes it doesnt. It happens on calling init.

Probably is already fixed in 1.7.9, but I cant test with it right now because of captcha.
