# Released Apps missing after Account Upgrade

**Description**  
I created our app with a free account, it passed all Zoom marketplace requirements for an official release. Now my organization has upgraded to a paid plan. My account is also upgraded. And all the apps released or not disappeared.

**Error**  
I cannot find any app, and the users of my app are experiencing errors regarding authentication.

**Additional context**  
I hope someone from the Zoom side could move the apps from my previous account to this new account.
