# Report:read:user:master not working

**API Endpoint(s) and/or Zoom API Event(s)**  
/accounts/{account\_id}/report/users/{email}/meetings?from={from}&to={to}

**Description**  
Trying to retrieve user meetings report for a time range, but even though the app has the required scope (report:read:user:master), I get HTTP 400.

**Error?**  
“{"code":4711,"message":"Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:[report:read:user:master]."}”

**How To Reproduce**  
_Steps to reproduce the behavior:_

1. Create a Zoom App and grant it the report:read:user:master scope
2. Get an access token for the app
3. Use the access token to attempt to retrieve a meeting report for a sub-account

Can you please confirm that you have a master account license?
