# Requesting RTMS Access – Meeting Transcript Bot for Internal Use

Hi Zoom Developer team,

I’m requesting RTMS access for a General App I’ve built for internal use at our company (Sharpcake).

**Use case:** The app is a lightweight meeting transcript bot that listens to Zoom meetings via RTMS, captures real-time speech transcripts (Turkish language), and saves them locally as PDF files at the end of each meeting. There is no cloud storage or third-party data sharing involved — everything stays on-premise.

**App details:**

- App type: General App (Development mode)
- 
  - Client ID: Ot8QsjqQ6UNupW2CnJg
  - 
    - Intended use: Internal only, not published to the marketplace
    - 
      - Data handling: Transcripts are saved locally as PDF files, not transmitted externally

    - We are a digital agency and AI products company. This tool will help our team review meeting discussions without manual note-taking.

  - I’ve already configured the app with the `meeting:read:meeting_transcript`, `rtms:read:rtms_started`, and `rtms:read:rtms_stopped` scopes, and subscribed to the `meeting.rtms_started`, `meeting.rtms_stopped`, and `meeting.ended` events.
