# Retrieve caption token via API

I need to be able to retrieve the caption token of webinars, and hopefully meetings as well, via the API.

I was hoping it would be a property returned in /webinars/{webinarId}

But I am not finding it.

I need to be able to retrieve this token to feed into our systems to integrate closed captioning. Currently, it is a manual process for us and for our clients, but I am able to retrieve everything else I need to know about webinars via the API, save for this.

Hey @wesl,

This is currently not possible, but it is a feature request in our backlog. (ZOOM-100289) Timeline is estimated to be sometime next year.
