# RTMS app missing from auto-start dropdown despite active Developer Pack trial

Hi Zoom team, requesting RTMS backend enablement for our app. All client-side

setup is complete but the app does not appear in the account-level auto-start picker.

- App type: General app, user-managed (Development credentials)

- App Client ID: nbeLFoYR4i7CDMVyEQusQ

- Zoom Developer Pack free trial is ACTIVE (~334 days remaining).

- (Account admin email available on request.)

Verified on our side:

- App installed/authorized for the host (Local Test “Add app now”; re-authorized

after adding scopes).

- Scopes granted: meeting:read:meeting\_audio, meeting:read:meeting\_transcript,

rtms:read:rtms\_started, rtms:read:rtms\_stopped, rtms:read:rtms\_interrupted

- Account setting “Share realtime meeting content with apps” is ON.

- Event subscriptions configured; webhook endpoint validated (200) and receiving events.

Symptom:

- Account Settings → Zoom Apps → "Auto-start apps that access shared real-time

meeting content" shows only “None”; our app is not selectable.

- meeting.rtms\_started therefore never fires.

Could you please enable/link RTMS for this app/account on the backend? Thanks!

@Lamin you need to reauthorize and add the app again

@Lamin in the surface sub-menu, you can also set auto-start for RTMS
