**Description** I tried to test the CDN web sdk sample on my pc, after of clone and run the “npm install” command all is ok. but when I run the “npm run start” command, the command window show an issue and I can’t test the web app. **Error** ![imagen](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex016/uploads/zoomdeveloper/original/2X/f/ff8ae1faf29b69984e2cdd1e5bc4b20cf31d6897.png) **Which version?** node: v10.15.3 npm: v6.4.1 - Device: Web - OS: WIndows 7 - Version: Home Basic - Browser: Firefox 68.0.1 (64-bit) **Additional context** I plan to integrate this web sdk to my page [ERP - PHP]. someone could help me with the issue ? thanks so much, I will wait the response. ---

Hey @korifa5732, thanks for posting and using Zoom! Can you make sure the localhost server isn’t already running? This error makes me think localhost is already running on port 9999. Thanks, Tommy ---

Hi Tommy, Thank so much for your answer. I reviewed the localhost on port 9999 and this its offline when I run the app. I too tried to change the port to 3000 but the error keeps. Could you help us with the issue please? thank you so much! regards! ---

Hi Tommy, I need the Zoom API to create and manage the meetings and sub accounts of my main account, but when I call the oAuth process always show the next message. Hi Tommy, The Zoom Sample-app-web must be be in your DocumentRoot (www) or (htdocs) For Wamp64 for exaample, il must be in C:\Wamp64\www Good Luck ---

Hello Tommy, I am facing an issue running your sample-app-web on my server node.js. First my server is a windows 2016 server, and the node.js version is 12.16.1 (x64) the version of your api is 1.7.6 and the browser is chrome. I succeeded to join the meeting as a guest that I created with Zoom client. But When I joined with an simple html page when I tried to active the audio I get the following screen: where the button to join the audio from the computer **is not accessible**.
